Dear customers,
In this time of unprecedented crisis, NAPA Auto Parts remains committed to serving Canadians from coast to coast. We’ve implemented a series of extensive sanitary measures in all our warehouses, stores, and offices to keep our workplace and operations safe. Our priority is the health and safety of our customers and team members.
Please note that, due to government guidelines or local decrees, some of our stores have had to either change their business hours or temporarily close. We strongly recommend that our retail customers visit napacanada.com to check which locations are open. Furthermore, we encourage the use of the “Reserve Online and Pick Up in Store” option when ordering the parts you need to minimize the time spent in our stores. Once your order has been prepared by our team, you will also have the opportunity to try our new curbside pickup service for added safety.
In these difficult times, we believe that we play an important role in ensuring the mobility of people working in essential services. Rest assured that we are making every effort to continue our activities safely in accordance with the directives issued by governments and public health organizations.
We’re here to help.
