How do I sign up?

You can sign up for NAPA Rewards either in-store or online.

 

In-Store:

Visit a participating NAPA AUTO PARTS store, provide the counterperson your mobile phone number, and you will be automatically registered into the program. You will be able to review your points/rewards balance and receive a $5 Welcome Reward if you link your new NAPA Rewards account to your NAPACanada account (or create a NAPA Canada account.)

Online:

Create a NAPA Canada account and opt-in to NAPA Rewards during sign-up. NAPACanada account members are eligible for a $5 Welcome Reward when linking a new or existing NAPA Rewards account

 

Is there a fee to participate in the program?

There is no fee to participate in NAPA Rewards.

Is there a rewards card that I have to carry?

Not at all. NAPA Rewards is a digital cardless program.

Do you share my personal information or transaction history with others?

No, NAPA does not share customer information with third parties. Your information is only used for managing the NAPA Rewards program.

Is NAPA Rewards available at all NAPA AUTO PARTS stores?

No, not all NAPA Auto Parts Stores locations participate in the NAPA Rewards program. To see if your local store participates click the 'My Store' section at the top of the page and look for the NAPA Rewards badge.

How do I earn rewards?

Earning rewards is easy! Once you have enrolled in NAPA Rewards you will automatically earn a $5 coupon for every $100 you spend. You will know when you have earned a coupon right away. For in-store purchases the bottom of your receipt will have a message printed confirming your in-store earnings. For online purchases click on the “My Account” drop down at the top of the page and go to your “My NAPA Rewards” section to see your updated rewards balance.

Can I earn rewards for purchases on NAPACanada.com?

Yes. If you have a NAPACanada account and have enrolled in the NAPA Rewards program. Please note that you must be signed into your account when you checkout to earn and redeem rewards and NAPA Rewards.

Can I use earned rewards for multiple purchases in one day?

Yes. Each purchase of $100 will earn coupons. You can earn multiple coupons in one transaction..

Do I get a coupon even if I do not meet the required minimum spend amount?

No. You are required to spend a minimum of $100 in order to receive a $5 coupon.

How long does it take a coupon to show up in my account?

Immediately. You do not have to do anything different. Just give your phone number when you pay for your purchase in store, or sign-in to your account when purchasing at NAPACanada.com ! Coupons will be awarded directly to your account immediately. For in-store purchases the bottom of your receipt will have a message printed confirming your in-store earnings. Do NAPA gift cards count towards rewards?

Yes. Whether you purchase a NAPA gift card or pay with a NAPA gift card, if your total before tax is equal or exceeds $100, you can earn a $5 reward.

Where can I see and keep track of my rewards activity?

Your NAPA Rewards coupons activity summary is located under the “My NAPA Rewards” tab. You can find your detailed activity, such as transactions, coupons earned, and rewards information.

I forgot to claim my Rewards coupons in-store. What should I do?

If you did not receive coupons for your purchase, locate the 6-16 digits Activation Code printed at the bottom of your receipt. Activation Codes will only be printed on receipts of participating stores. Sign-up or log into your NAPACanada.com account and access your My Rewards page within your Account Dashboard. There you will find an Activation Code field where you can enter your Activation Code and immediately redeem your missing Rewards coupons. Only purchases over $100 are eligible for coupon redemption.

What happens if I return all or part of a previous purchase?

Your account will be adjusted for the appropriate number of coupons based on what you actually returned for a refund at a participating NAPA location or NAPACanada.com . Rewards will be deducted at a rate of $5 coupons for every $100 or more increment for the returned / credited amount.This is also applicable to cores returned to NAPA Auto Parts stores and by Purolator for refunds.

What happens if I have already redeemed a reward and then returned all or part of a previous purchase?

Since you have already redeemed the reward from your previous level having purchased the required $100, your next level may reflect requiring more than purchasing $100 if the adjusted amount of the return / refund dropped you back to the previous Reward level.

When will I see my points/rewards deducted?

I deactivated my account by mistake, and I had points on it. Can I get my rewards back?

What if I change my phone number?

Don't worry. Because NAPA Rewards tracks your rewards with your account information, none of your NAPA Rewards, activity will be lost. You are not. The first charge you see is only an authorization taken on your credit card when you place your order, to ensure that the funds are available. Once you pick up your order in store, the payment will be captured and the authorization will be reversed.

WHY AM I BEING CHARGED 5% MORE ON MY BUY ONLINE PICK UP IN STORE ORDER?

You are not. The 5% extra is only added to the authorization for environmental fees which might change between the time you order and the time you pick your order up in store. When you pick up your order in store, you will only be charged the actual amount of your order.

You are not. The 5% extra is only added to the authorization for environmental fees which might change between the time you order and the time you pick your order up in store. When you pick up your order in store, you will only be charged the actual amount of your order.
