The NAPA Professional Lifting Equipment’s 3.5 Ton Service Jack, No. 791-6420, features a two-year, no-hassle replacement warranty and has a nationwide service center network for a long life of service. Weighing in at just under 100 lbs, it features a beefy flanged side-plate design to resist twist force that can occur when lifting loads on uneven surfaces. The sealed twin-piston pump, coupled with its padded, 50” handle, controls loads to a maximum lifting height of 20.5” and rests at a 4” low height.
- Steel Jack chassis with reinforced upper and lower side frame flanges for extra strength and more stability under torsion loads
- 4” to 20-1/2” lift range handles most vehicle applications
- Fabricated steel lift arm with fitting to lubricate the main pivot pin
- Full factory lubrication with moisture-resistant grease on all bearing surfaces.
- Removable saddle with full cover rubber saddle pad protects vehicle frame from being scratched or marred
- Rear swivel ball bearing mounted caster wheels and large diameter front wheels for easy maneuverability
- 50” two-piece quick connect/disconnect steel handle halves with rubber pad for bumper protection and knurled end for better hand grip
- Hydraulic power unit includes: Fully sealed reservoir which significantly reduces air bound conditions
- Two pump pistons for 50% faster lift arm raising to the load, and dust shields to prevent contaminants from entering the hydraulic system
- High performance pressure seals for extended jack life and use in adverse temperature and pressure conditions
- High performance hydraulic fluid with additives that provide more lubricity, less contaminants and use in adverse temperature conditions.
- Load-limiting and bypass safety valves prevent the jack from being used beyond its capacity range and over extension of the main ram
