C5C-XH Xtreme Heat Hose is recommended for extremely high-temperature lube oil lines for on-highway truck and bus, off-road construction and agricultural vehicles. Also, for high temperature petroleum based or phosphate ester fluids, turbocharger oil supply and hot lube oil lines.
- For use with C5 and C5X Field Attachable Couplings [G34 Series], and crimp options for MegaCrimp [G25 Series] and GlobalSpiral [G20 Series], depending on size
- Blue, oil and mildew resistant polyester/textile braid cover
- Meets the requirements of SAE 100R5 for hydraulic applications
- DOT FMVSS 106–74 Type AII and SAE J1402 Type AII for (-4 to -12)
- Temperature Range: -40 Deg. F to +302 Deg. F (-40 Deg. C to +150 Deg. C)
- NOTE: Federal law requires registration with the Department of Transportation for anyone producing air brake hose assemblies with swaged or crimped fittings
