We provide shipping options to all Canadian provinces and territories. Our warehouses are located strategically across Canada, so you receive your parts order as soon as possible anywhere in Canada.

  • NAPA Auto Parts offers free shipping on online purchases of $75 or more.
  • Shipping options are indicated next to each product when you are shopping online

For orders under $75, a $9.99 shipping fee will be added to your invoice.

SAME-DAY SHIPPING

When you select the Home Delivery shipping option, you access real-time inventory at all our distribution centres across the country. In some cases, the products you order may be in a nearby distribution centre, and your order can be delivered the same day. With home delivery shipping, you can your hands on your desired items within hours of placing an order.

  2. Check your emails to follow the progress of your order. A tracking number will be provided to you.
  3. If all the products are available at nearby distribution centres, you will receive your order the same day.

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS


  • POST OFFICE BOXES

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes as our shipping carrier does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

  • REMOTE AREAS

  • Some remote areas are far from major transportation hubs, which makes it challenging to send packages through traditional channels. Remote areas are also more susceptible to delays due to unpredictable weather conditions, seasonal road closures, or other logistical challenges. For these reasons, we are unable to ship packages to remote locations.

  • OVERSIZED AND HEAVY PRODUCTS

  • Oversized auto parts, tools, and equipment cannot be shipped as these products often exceed our shipping carrier’s size and weight restrictions. Oversized items are more challenging to handle and transport safely, and there is a higher risk of damage to the items. Consider purchasing oversized and heavy products at your local NAPA store.

  • HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

  • Some parts and materials cannot be shipped because they contain hazardous or regulated materials. These items may include motor oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid (including brake caliper cores), batteries, car wash and wax products, and most paints. Consider purchasing hazardous materials products at your local NAPA store.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY FROM STORE

If your local NAPA Auto Parts store is a program participant and is located within 15 km of your shipping address, you can have your parts delivered directly to you on the same day. These items are delivered to you by your local NAPA Auto Parts store. You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order.

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during regular business store hours (schedules may vary during holidays).
  • Orders placed before 4:00 pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be delivered the next business day.
  • The same-day delivery fee is a flat-rate charge of $9.99 (added to your invoice).
  • No tracking information is available for this service.
  • There are no deliveries made on weekends.

  • Does NAPA Canada delivery internationally (outside Canada)?

  • We do not ship outside Canada.

  • How much does shipping cost?

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 (before tax). Orders under $75 are subject to a flat-rate shipping charge of $9.99, which will be added to your invoice. The shipping charge is displayed during checkout.

  • How much time does it take to ship and deliver?

  • Shipping and delivery time depends on the product’s availability in the warehouse, as well as the destination to which you want the order shipped. When placing your order, you should get an estimated date of arrival for your purchase. If the product is in stock at one of our facilities near you, NAPA Auto Parts offers same-day shipping. Otherwise, orders are shipped via Purolator, and we cannot control their shipping delays and dispatching.

  • What are the shipping charges on auto parts?

  • All orders are shipped with Purolator. All orders under $75 are subject to a flat-rate shipping charge of $9.99 regardless of weight, size, and destination within Canada. The shipping charge is waived if your total cart value for products is above $75 (before tax). The shipping costs charged to you will be the same as you agreed to when checking out. Once you submit the order, we do not add any extra charges

  • Why is a product not available for home shipping?

  • Home delivery is not available on selected products, including, but not limited to, fragile or flammable items, chemicals, and oversized equipment. When you select the method of obtaining your product, it will be indicated if your chosen item or items are available for shipping. If home delivery is not available, you can select the Pickup in Store option and retrieve your purchase at your local NAPA Auto Parts store.

  • Why does NAPA not ship to my location?

  • In rare cases, we will not be able to ship to certain locations. This may be because there is no shipping service to that location or because some parts are unavailable near that area.

  • I need to return a product. How do I arrange for a return packaging slip?

  • Returns are hassle-free and easy. Please visit our return procedure page by clicking here . For more details, please see our terms and conditions of purchase .

  • How do I know my order is confirmed?

  • After you place the order, we will send you an email confirming order receipt. We will also send an email with the tracking information once your order is shipped. You can check the status of your order by signing in to your account. You will receive an email confirming order receipt for Next Day Delivery from Store orders online, but you cannot check their status.

  • How can I check my order status?

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You may also check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account and selecting the order you wish to track. If you are not registered with NAPA Canada, click on the Track Order link in the footer of the home page and enter your order number and email address to check the status of your order. You cannot track Next Day Delivery from Store orders online.

  • My order is late. What can I do?

  • If you have not received your order within the estimated time, send us an email at [email protected] . Please provide us with your order number along with your name and the email used to place the order, and one of our customer service representatives will get in touch with you to provide more information about the location of your order.
