Disclaimer: When you make a Buy Online Pick Up in Store purchase, an authorization is placed on your credit card for the amount of the purchase plus a 5% fee. This fee is added in case environmental fees differ from time of order to time of purchase. The final payment transaction will be processed and charged to your card only once the order is picked up at the store, at which time the initial authorization will be cancelled.

Some oversized and heavy or fragile items (such as lamps and heavy equipment) cannot be shipped, making in-store pickup the only way to safely deliver them to you. However, in-store pickup is not exclusive to these products; it is free and available for all NAPA Auto Parts products. Most orders are ready for pickup within two hours of the time the order was placed online. Specific items may take slightly longer due to inventory and/or availability.
When you choose the Store Pickup option at checkout, the pickup location will automatically be set to the NAPA Auto Parts store nearest to you (also displayed at the top right corner of your screen). You can click on Check nearby stores and choose another NAPA Auto Parts store in your area if you would prefer to pick up your order at a different location.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup. You must provide a piece of photo ID and the confirmation email you received to pick up your order. Remember to check the store hours before proceeding to your pickup location. Note that store hours may differ on holidays.
The Pickup Person indicated at checkout (Part 2 of 4) is the person authorized to pick up the order, as they are the person whose name appears on the purchase confirmation. If you want someone else to pick up your order for you, click on + Add an additional pickup person at checkout. You will need to provide their first name, last name, email address, and phone number . You or the additional pickup person must provide a piece of photo ID and the confirmation email you received to pick up your order. Remember to check the store hours before proceeding to your pickup location. Note that store hours may differ on holidays.
When you select the Store Pickup option, an estimated pickup date will be displayed on the product page and in your shopping cart. However, this does not guarantee or confirm exactly when your order will be ready. If you purchased and paid for your order online, you will receive email updates about the status of your order (order received, in transit, ready for pickup, delayed, etc.) as it is processed. You will be notified by the NAPA Auto Parts store and receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. If you only reserved your item online, you will not receive a confirmation email and no updates will be sent. Remember to check the store hours before proceeding to your pickup location. Note that store hours may differ on holidays.
You have 7 days to pick up your order once you have received your pickup confirmation email. If your order is not picked up within that time, the NAPA Auto Parts store will contact you to make other arrangements..
